What kind of epoxy flooring projects does Mella Paint take on?

Epoxy floors for industrial and commercial facilities: factories, warehouses, mall and office basement car parks, hotels and apartments, ports, automotive workshops, clinics, retail units and food and beverage production areas.

Jobs start at 100 m2, using MPEX767 SL epoxy made at our own factory in Tangerang and laid by our own applicator team. Most projects are in Greater Jakarta, some reach Central and East Java.

Frequently asked questions

What clients usually ask before a project starts.

What is the minimum area you take on?

100 m2. Below that, mobilisation and surface preparation make the job uneconomical, for you as much as for us.

How long does an epoxy floor take?

Roughly 1,000 m2 per 7 working days, counted from surface preparation through to the top coat curing fully. Work can be split by zone so your operation keeps running.

Who does the installation, your own team or subcontractors?

Mella Paint’s own applicator team. Everything from site survey to handover is handled by the company directly, not by a third party.

Do you take on projects outside Greater Jakarta?

Yes, for larger projects. Most of our work is in Greater Jakarta, but we also deliver as far as Central and East Java.

Can the clients listed here be used as references?

Yes, once we have asked them. The names and photographs here come from our own job archive. For a site visit or a written reference we make the introduction after the facility owner agrees.

Have a question, or need a quotation?

Send us your facility type and approximate area. We will schedule a site survey and prepare a written quotation.
