No. Every project uses the epoxy coating we make ourselves, sold as MPEX767. Because we make it, we control its quality from colour to adhesion, and the colour can be matched to the project.

MPEX767 SL (self-levelling) and UV Coating. MPEX767 SL is our main epoxy floor system, and UV Coating is used as a top coat. Both are described on the products page.

They carry heavy loads and resist chemicals, abrasion and moisture, with a clean finish. That is why they are used in warehouses, car parks, factories and other high-traffic facilities.

Gloss. The surface is shiny, looks clean and is easy to maintain.

There is an anti-slip option for areas prone to slipping. The standard finish is gloss. For areas that are often wet, walkways or car park ramps, we add an anti-slip layer based on the survey.

At least 500 microns for the MPEX767 SL system, strong enough for forklifts and vehicles. The final thickness is matched to the loads and floor condition in the quotation.

No, solid colours only. We focus on industrial and commercial floors, where durability, hygiene and easy maintenance come first. The colours are in the MPEX767 colour catalog.

Yes, concrete is what they are made for. We check the concrete during the survey, and cracked or uneven areas are repaired before coating.

We recommend one after seeing the floor. Load type, chemicals in use, operating hours and the condition of the concrete decide the coating system. The recommendation and the reasons for it go into the quotation, and we keep you updated while the project runs.

Yes, with its own applicator crew. We do not hand the work to subcontractors, so film thickness and workmanship on every project stay in our hands.

To protect the concrete and bring maintenance costs down. Bare concrete wears, cracks and soaks up spills under foot traffic, forklifts and vehicles. An epoxy coating resists abrasion and chemicals, is easier to clean and keeps the work area looking tidy.

Yes. The primer gives the epoxy maximum adhesion, so the floor lasts longer. In the MPEX767 SL system, the primer is the first layer on the concrete.

Not necessarily. Work can be split into zones, so the rest of the facility keeps running. We plan the zone order and schedule with your team before we start.

In the MPEX767 SL system, the primer dries in about 3 hours and the top coat in about 12 hours. When the area can take foot traffic, vehicles or forklifts is set per project, because film thickness and room conditions affect it.

About 1,000 m2 per 7 working days, from surface preparation until the top coat has cured. The exact time depends on site conditions, area, product, operating hours, and whether the area is indoors or outdoors. Work can be split into zones so operations keep running.

Yes, for larger projects. Most of our work is in Greater Jakarta, but we also take on projects as far as Central and East Java.
