If you have made a payment through the Service, our total liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you or USD 100, whichever is lower.

1. You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country.
2. You are not on any U.S. government restricted party list.

Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

11. Translation & Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect.
