How we work
We make the coating and we install it. If a floor fails, there is no supplier to blame. You own the result, from the formula to the handover.
A formula that looks good on paper may not survive a damp basement car park or a forklift lane. Here the work is tested on real concrete, on client sites.
At least 500 microns thick. Primer dry in 3 hours, top coat in 12. Around 1,000 m2 every 7 working days. What we promise clients is written in numbers, so our work is measured in numbers too.
Every project is handed over with a written warranty. The Mella Paint name stays on that floor for years after the crew has left, and the way we work follows from that.

Job scams that use a company's name are common. Scammers pose as company representatives, offer fake interviews or offer letters, then ask for money or personal information.
To stay safe while you look for work, keep the following in mind:
- No payments. Mella Paint never asks for payment of any kind, including test, training, uniform, travel or hotel fees, and never asks for PINs, passwords or bank details. Our recruitment is free for applicants.
- Check who it is from.
- Email: recruitment emails from us only come from an @mellapaint.com address, never Gmail, Yahoo or any other domain.
- WhatsApp and phone: Mella Paint's official number is +62 811-1185-1767. If in doubt, contact that number to confirm.
- Be careful with messages you did not ask for. Offers that seem too easy, pressure to pay quickly, short links or messages full of typos are warning signs. Do not reply, do not click the link, and do not send personal details until the sender is confirmed as @mellapaint.com.
- If you suspect a scam. Send a screenshot of the message to hi@mellapaint.com. In Indonesia, scam phone numbers can be reported at aduannomor.id and scam bank accounts at cekrekening.id, both run by the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs.
